How do you do discovery research for 23,000 NHS staff across hospitals and community centres when most of them are too busy saving lives to make a research session?
This piece introduces the experiment I ran with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust to test whether AI-moderated interviews could reach the people standard methods couldn't. It covers the setup, the questions we wanted to answer and what we were starting to learn.
